The Bar Lazy J Guest Ranch horseback rides take you through Colorado's Arapaho National Forest’s sage-covered hills and majestic rocky mountains, with its sapphire skies and crystal-clear views. Twice a day our dude ranch offers Scenic, Moderate and Adventure horseback riding on numerous riding trails covering a variety of our Colorado Rocky Mountain terrain. In addition, we offer the following special rides:

Our guest ranch wranglers carefully consider your horseback riding experience and ability before pairing you with your horse during your vacation at our dude ranch. Our horseback riding program is progressive, which means that we provide personalized riding instruction throughout the week.

We maintain our own herd of over 100 horses, which accommodate all levels of riding ability for your whole group or family.
